Partico reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Partico uses location data to:
Display available modules, products, and services
Match users with nearby vendors and service providers
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Partico acts as a marketplace and intermediary between users and vendors.
Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, availability, warranties, and service quality.
Partico does not manufacture, own, or directly provide the listed products or services unless explicitly stated.
Prices are set by vendors and may include applicable taxes or fees.
Payment methods and availability may vary.
Once an order is placed, cancellation or modification is subject to the vendor’s policies.
Vendors are responsible for:
Fulfilling orders accurately and on time
Complying with applicable Iraqi laws and regulations
Handling returns, warranties, and after-sales support as applicable
Partico is not liable for disputes arising between users and vendors but may assist in dispute resolution where possible.
Users agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
Post false, misleading, or harmful content
Partico reserves the right to take action against accounts that violate these rules.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Partico or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Partico is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Partico does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
Partico may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Partico reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq.
